The Ma’an Social Incubator (MSI) is devoted to encouraging innovation and social entrepreneurship to develop solutions to social, cultural, or environmental challenges.
Twice a year, MSI will incubate the most promising startups and provide them with the training, resources, and opportunities to grow and make an impact.
The selected teams will be offered learning and development, mentorship and coaching, as well as networking and funding opportunities. It’s a unique chance for entrepreneurs to develop their innovative ideas for social impact into a sustainable social enterprise.

The Ma’an Social Incubator (MSI) - Cohort 8 is set to ensure everyone in the UAE has access to safe and greener sustainable communities. If you’re an impactmaker, then this is the right place for you.
This year, MSI focuses on Youth for Climate Action aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 13 - ‘Climate Change’.
By 2050, the UAE is set on a mission ‘UAE Net Zero’, a national drive to achieve net zero emissions, making the Emirates the first nation in MENA to do so. Similarly, COP28 taking place in the UAE this year reemphasizes this commitment.

Access a global network of private and government partners to pilot your technology and explore other forms of deals and partnerships.

Become eligible to apply for grants of up to AED 200,000 each. If selected, grants will be disbursed based on clearly highlighted milestone achievements over a period of 1 year.

Eligible teams will be invited to pitch before an expert Judging Committee.

Up to 12 promising startups will be selected to join the cohort. All teams will be informed of their results.

Sept 5 - Nov 30, 2023
Selected startups will dive into the journey of training and mentorship.

Dec 1- Dec 29, 2023
The selected businesses will join the Incubator Program and receive funding to develop and scale their ventures.
